The entire process took a little over a month. I submitted my application online and received an invitation to conduct a panel interview two weeks later. The panel interview was with the HR representative and three members of the finance team. I was asked several questions about my experience working with financial reporting and grants. A couple of days after the first panel interview, I received an invite to conduct a second in-person panel interview with the HR representative and two members of the Capital & Grant Programs Analyst team. I was asked questions about my work experience and situational questions such as my experience working in a team and trying to figure out a new skill. After conducting this interview, I never heard back from anyone hence the negative review.
