First I met with the team I was going to be working with and they treated me like I was an inferior who needed to be schooled in doing things "correctly." They then let me know about the shortcomings of the former person in the position I was interviewing for and made it clear that the job was to be the whipping boy for other people's shortcomings and inability to meet deadlines. A huge part of it was going around to everyone and saying, "Hey, can you do your job?" I still was confident I could solve the problems they were having so I went to a second interview.
Second round I met the owner of the company, who came into the meeting like she was doing me a favor and then proceeded to insult her team in front of me, belittling several of them by name and for specific reasons. She made such an awful impression that I knew I would never want to work for her despite having exactly the skill set needed to solve their stated problem.
I was offered the job after that interview and declined based on the toxic, blame-filled work environment that was evident in both interviews.
