Not an interview questions but outsourcing ideas through these interviews and assignments has been trending for quite sometime now
One word-Pathetic It seems they are only using candidates as a source for their marketing. They waste your time by connecting to leaders before selection and they will talk all "Good" things about the company and post that they call you to Gurgaon office for another marketing strategy and after wasting the candidate's time & money they will not get back.

They don't ask questions. You will be in listening mode most of the time as they are interested to tell more about the company.
