3 Months, 10 Interviews, over 40+ hours of prep and interviewing. Firstly, thank goodness I read the glassdoor reviews prior to these interviews. They are INTENSE, there is an HR interview, Technical interview (2 PMs), Case Study, Case Study Presentation, UX Design, Data/Analytics, and Technical/Engineering (read below reviews for more info - each interview is extremely detailed, 1 hour and involves business cases). After reviewing the case study, I confirmed how critical data analytics was for the role and HR reassured me that the case study was more focused on overall thinking. Only to be ripped apart during the case study presentation, which was 100% focused on the data analysis. BUT I was given great feedback, even after the data interview. Made it all the way to the 10th interview and was told I was up for 2 different roles. 10th Interview I was asked to once again, do a business case analysis with a Director, and the last question asked "If you had 2 dice, each 6 sided with numbers 1 - 6, what is the likely hood you roll a 6 vs. an 12". You aren't google, or Amazon. I'm not sure what this question is proving at this point beyond trying to make someone sweat. Overall horrible experience, complete waste of time and I didn't even get offered a role after 3 months.
