Interview
I responded to a craigslist ad. I received an email from the CEO/Owner about a week later. I interviewed with the Owner/CEO and the HR manager. I was made an offer the following day.

There were no difficult or trick questions. The interview was more about personality and whether or not I would mesh well with the current structure (or lack there of).
