GlocalSpace interview questions

I applied through a friend/connection who was working as a QA Tester. I got an interview within a day with the CEO. He talked a lot, but was generally nice. He asked a bit about my experience, but spent the majority of time talking about the company and what he's looking for in an employee. I could tell the CEO cared about helping me, and was letting me know how as an ideal employee I had opportunities to advance within the company. Overall, it was a nice change of pace from employers who don't care about you at all. In the interview, he told me I could start working as a contract Intern so I could get a chance to experience the work environment, and I was really happy to accept the offer.
