Make sure you ask many questions about the full scope of the requirements of the job. Great place to work but may not be for everyone starting out. There is a lot of prep work and creating routes. The driving was overwhelming for me but I had good success in the beginning but could not keep up with the demand of keeping my activity strong,

The interview process was the typical process. They asked base level questions and I went through two rounds of the interview process. I met with two interviewers and they both were very nice and asked good questions.
