I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Corinth, MS) in Mar 2013
Interview
My resume was given to the Agency Owner by a former employee who is now a county tax collector. I had been looking for a "job" for several months and had given out at least a hundred copies and been on 3 interviews. I was competing with 50 other people for just that one receptionist, secretary, office clerk position. I was invited into a Career Briefing with Liberty National and I had no sales experience but after hearing about the Company, what they offered, and how I could be a part of that regardless of the fact that I have no college degree or previous experience motivated me and brought out my competitive spirit. I saw the other 16 possible candidates as competition and I knew I could the job and I decided right then and there that I WANTED THIS! I was brought into another conference room with a 1:1 interview with the man who is now my Manager and I told him just that. I said, I don't know about those other people in that room but I WANT THIS! And, I am willing to work hard if you will give me this opportunity.

Question 1
There really was no uncomfortable moment. I felt completely at ease and questions were routine but not ridiculous like most places. I was not asked dumb questions like "If you were a piece of furniture, what kind of furniture would you be and why?"

Interview
Group like, put you into rooms where they just give you an overview and I believe offer the positions to mostly everyone. I do not recommend to younger professionals looking to start their careers
I applied online. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Denver, CO) in Mar 2020
Interview
Relatively simple and very straightforward. Multiple step process that provides multiple opportunities for your questions and concerns to be addressed. Lots of questionnaires to fill out in each part of the interview.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Mason, OH) in Dec 2018
Interview
One group interview followed by a single interview. The hiring employee was up-beat and excited to welcome one lucky new team member. More about what the position and pay would be like as opposed to asking too many questions overall though.
