When you arrive, you are given a questionnaire to fill out and taken to a room where a nice woman walks you through what the process is like. Then, you are lead to a room with other people who have applied, in my case there was six of us. Then, you listen to a presentation and fill out another form and are told you will receive a call back in the next day or two if you are considered.

During the Interview Process you meet with one of the sales managers for the first round interview before getting a deep dive look at the career and compensation in the second part of the interview. If both parties are aligned, they will set up a third round interview one on one in the next week or so.
