You are required to take a proficiency test (just typing a paragraph to see how fast you type and a series of grammatical questions) and then immediately after, you have a 10-15 minute interview with a manager.

Interview
It was very formal and nice no bad comments on that. The interview was the best experience of working for this very bad company. I would give the company 2.5 stars if I could they do not give the employees who make the company the money any money.
