The challenge depends on the client, in my case I joined Latam Airlines so I had to predict the probability of a plane delay with the public data of flights departing from SCL for all airlines to the rest of the world

Interview
The whole process consists of four interview rounds. The first two involve interviews with an HR representative who evaluates your English level and explains some of the benefits the company offers. The third interview is a technical one, conducted by a senior member of the staff, and it includes questions related to statistics, machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), use cases, and your relevant experience. Finally, the last interview is with a leader from one of the projects at Globant. It may include technical questions related to the specific needs of the project.
