A couple of phones interview, a small exam online and a videocall with a PM. Very easy and very simple the process. Then they give you to the formal monetary proposal. In the end, is been more than a month and nothing. They say. Welcome, but we call you. what?

They only gave me an online English test, I had to listen to some audios that only a native could understand.
They didn't call me again, Globant wants people with a very good level of English, B2 +, C1, C2, your knowledge goes to the background
