1) How familiar are you with Agile ways of working?
Not as technical as a I think. Three interviews. The last was with a technical director. The 2 first interview were technical. I got an offer after the last interview
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Globant (Spain, GA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Takes long time, and not efficient. A set of meetings without real technical evaluation despite that the company claims having a technical evaluation, however it depends on the position and is subject to human bias
