Interview
The process took one day. First was an aptitude test which was not very difficult. After that there was a technical aptitude test with basic questions from C and C++. The shortlisted candidates were asked to interview. There were three rounds : Technical , Managerial and HR. The questions in technical round were: "What languages can you code in?'' ,"What is inheritance?", "What is a linked list?". They prefer Java and Python. They also asked 2 puzzles. They were simple.
The interview process usually has several stages. First, there is an HR interview where they ask about your experience and motivation. Then, there can be a technical interview with questions about your skills. In tech jobs, you may also have live coding or a practical task. Finally, they discuss salary and next steps.
The interview process started with an initial HR screening call where they discussed my background and experience. This was followed by a technical round focused on Java concepts, OOP principles, and basic problem-solving. There was also a coding round where I solved questions on data structures. Finally, a managerial round assessed communication, teamwork, and project experience. The overall process was smooth and professional.
