I applied through company's career website and got a phone screen interview request within 2 weeks. After that they called me for an on-site interview. 4 people took 30 mins interview each. Mostly they asked me questions related to my resume.

Question 1
What do you don't want to see yourself in next 10 years?
General behavioral questions and questions from my resume was asked in the first round. The other round was with 2 managers each time and were similar as well. The final one was with the director.

Interview
30 questions on IQ test following by a presentation to the hiring manager with less than 10 slides. The interview questions are mostly based on the slides presented. Most of the questions are focus on my previous internship experience in semiconductor industry. In overall, a standard 1 hour interview was conducted.

The questions asked seemed unprepared to me as obviously the resume submitted has not been reviewed but questions are solely on the achievement i made in the slides.
