GlobalEnglish interview questions

Good team, but the better people/staff left before the company was acquired. The re-interview with the new owner staff was not positive at all. They required a salary reduction to stay on.

Ok, the interview process wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst. HR team will make efforts to bring talented people inside, they choose people who have the right skill set needed for the role but the technical interview process was the worst, they gave coding task, after reviewing they selected me for the first round which is technical - the questions are not relevant to the role and they never asked anything about the coding task or I never got any question about the tech i used in that task. I have a feeling this company doesn't have a good process or structure for hiring employees.
