Interview
I was asked what I was interested in, how I wanted to set up my pay (straight commission, salary and a % of commission, just salaried), what type of management I needed, if I wanted my own office or if I wanted to work from home, what kind of freight I dealt with. Overall, the interview was about me and my needs and wants.
