Interview
It was a quick process, completed within a week. I had the interview with the lead of the team, and then a pair coding session a few days later with the same person. Friendly and easy to talk to with a clear strategy for the team. Would have joined had I been available sooner. Pair programming session was pleasant and relaxed with a task relevant to the job at hand.
