This interview was a One on one talk with the CEO. I would describe the dress expectation as business casual. The Interviewer was not wearing a tie. The Interview was basically a get to know the candidate. Seems the office is looking to grow and expand, They are looking for a candidate to grow with them. The process was straightforward. Mainly the CEO asked personality questions. I did find the staff very friendly. The company explained to me that many people applied to the position. After the 1st selection process, a few candidates will have a "walk through Day" This will be a day to see how the operations work, If selected to continue then another final interview will be scheduled. I did find the organization impressive.
