The first half was dedicated to explaining the USAID and the division objectives. Then each person in the panel described their role, which was followed by a few questions. Overall, the interview was very pleasant, and extremely conversational. Honestly, it was mostly me asking them questions, which I assumed demonstrated my interest. (I was asked periodically throughout the interview if I had questions.) I preferred this method over other styles.
