Global Executive Solutions Group interview questions

This process is absoutely idiotic. I spent about 12-15 hours doing phone interviews, meeting in person for a presentation, and filling out assessment. Only to not get a final call to go in and interview for a full 8 hour work day that would be with multiple agents from their company. The first half of the interview process they try to deter you from continuing your application process. And then the second half you spend filling out assessments that they use to then predict how you will do at the job and select you from that. My experience took 3 weeks and finally to let me know they were moving on with other candidates, I received a small paragraph automated email from their CEO with no indication why I was not chosen. Even though through their assessments I was a good fit, so I have no actual idea why I wasn't at least given the final step of their excrutiating interview process. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
