Global Event Team interview questions

Interview process started with an initial phone call then two more rounds of phone calls with other members of the staff. It was never a video interview which I found surprising. The process as a whole took a couple of weeks with staff members advising at every stage that they would let me know either way by a specific date. Well that date came and went without hearing from them. I assumed I was not selected for the position but was only able to confirm this through their social media when they made a post welcoming their two most recent hires. I truly believe I dodged a bullet because I would not want to work for a company that tells you one thing yet does another. They reached out later on asking me to interview for a proposal writer position. I never mentioned any interest in proposal writing but someone somewhere wrote down that I did. I had no interest in joining the company after what happened so I never interviewed. In both scenarios they were going to offer less than $42k per year and expect me to commute to an office.
