I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Global Counsel in Nov 2025
Interview
First round interview was meant to be an hour with the Practice Director but got rescheduled last minute to 30 mins with the Director. The interview was too squeezed and clearly something that she wanted to rattle through. Unfortunately, like many of the other reports here, I never heard back at all. I reached out to the Practice Director to voice my disappointment and didn't hear back from her either. Really disappointing and would suggest strongly avoiding, they seem to enjoy wasting people's time.
Initial interview was a good experience, the panel were switched on and engaged and answered my questions effectively and I was excited about the role. This was followed by a written test and a second interview. The second interview with senior management was completely different and unfortunately the panel were unpleasant, unprofessional and erratic. I would steer clear based on this experience… as an interview is where they are supposed to be putting their best foot forward I dread to think how they behave with their employees and I certainly wouldn’t want to be their client.
