First of all i applied via LinkedIn, they took 1 to 2 weeks to contact me. They first contacted me via phone to check mt CV and background, after that I got a Skype interview with the HR guy in Italy. After the Skype interview, I had 2 more personal interviews with the hiring manager and the country manager. After the whole process, I've got and took the job offer.
