I had a 30 minute video interview with a senior recruiter. He took about fifteen minutes explaining the role he was hiring for and who he was. Then he proceeded to ask about my qualifications for the role, and made it very easy to explain my background. I should have elaborated more on my background.

First round with HR then two calls with team members. Final in person interview with five separate interviews. Very poor communication on status between interviews and delayed responses. Mainly looking for fit with team.

Fairy Straight Forward, standard industry questions. Typical SMART analysis and behavior questions.
HR was fairy rigid on the salary negotiations and wasn't very open to negotiations. Important to note that this isn't a traditional actuarial role
