Interview was conducted by the general manager of the company and the senior project manager. It was conducted in a professional, relaxed and friendly manner. After initial introduction there were some usual personality test questions, but most part was devoted to skills necessary and the job description. Very positive experience.

There was a phone interview and in-person interview. The in-person interview was long and conducted in two parts. The first part was with the managing director and the second part was with the department director. Ask more specific day-to-day questions and questions relating to job duties to the department director; they will have more information and can more accurately tell you what working there would be like. Prepare for the interview by studying behavioral questions.
