I applied online. I interviewed at Globacap (London, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
I was invited to a second interview, but I was asked irrelevant questions on the business model of one of my previous employers. The interviewer then said she didn’t agree with the business model and it encouraged people to get into debt! This wasn’t relevant to the role and I found it quite unprofessional on a previous employer who I enjoyed working for and has helped many people. This was an unnecessary distraction and made the rest of the interview quite awkward.

I applied online. I interviewed at Globacap (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
I have applied through LinkedIn. And first round was conducted. basic questions were asked like (past roles and responsibilities ) and basic automation. But the interviewer was very rude. I have never seen this kind of interviewer. Basically, he asked me about "our automation stack" SO based on my research about the Globacap, I said we can automate all calculations at API Level and then UI level so we can build a robust system. you know what he said, "you don't know about our company automation stack" you are lying. Ohh god. He said, "I am asking about the JD., What is written in JD. ". I controlled my emotion and continue the interview. Last he asks me about the BDD framework. I said I do not use it in my company and before to finish my answer he said you are laying and you do not answer. Cmon is it an interview or university viva?
I politely said I don't want to continue the interview.
How can you judge me before giving an answer?
Lastly, he said " I have contributed to the BBD framework "
I am not against the company. But that guy was very rude.
Best of luck to other candidates :)
