Was interviewed by two people in one of the houses that they own. They look intimidating but are actually nice. After the interview, they went through the job role and responsibilities and have told me which houses I was going to be working in.

Conducted over zoom due to Covid restrictions at the time. I was asked to introduce myself and was ask a series of questions surrounding what safeguarding was, how would I deal with challenging behaviour etc. Lasted about 30 minutes before being offered the role at the end of the interview.
