Hour interview with very little detail or specific questions, unclear on role and progression routes and organisational structure. Very reflective of the business itself and the way it operates, lacklustre and unstructured

Interview
Interview with the COO and CEO. They were very pleasant and down to earth. They explained to me that they were through the cutting of the crisis. And we're prepared for the next cycle. So this was good. A lot of the employees had a seniority of above 10 years at the company.
