Interview
A brief interview with a recruiter followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The final round was a panel interview with a case study presentation.
Everyone I met with was responsive, friendly, and professional. It was overall a very enjoyable experience!

This was the first stage of the interview so it was a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter. Overall incredibly informational and the recruiter was very transparent. They discussed with me the company's missions, the role description, salary range of role depending on location, and what the interview process looks like. They also asked a couple background questions about experience and academics.

Started out with 2 phone interviews, made it to the 3rd interview out of 4.
3rd interviewer told me that neighborhoods around him were burning down from wildfires, so I asked if he wanted to reschedule the interview, but he insisted on doing it then. This demonstrates pretty bad judgment in my view, along with the fact that he literally could not articulate the priorities of his own team and product.
