I had an initial call with Jake, the Talent Acquisition Partner to talk through the role, benefits etc. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Then I had a 30 minute call with the hiring manager which included questions about my previous role, details about the new role & general situational questions. The hiring manager allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions and was very warm and friendly. The third interview was with three team members - split into two 30 minute sessions. The first session was with two current Customer Success Managers who asked situational questions and allowed time for me to ask questions at the end. The second session was with a Manager with the Customer Success team - this also involved situational questions and I was able to ask questions at the end. All interviewers were very friendly and open. The final interview was a panel interview with 3 people from Glassdoor - one attendee from the sales team, and the other two attendees were from the Customer Success team. I received a brief ahead of time and I had to create a 30 minute presentation based on the brief. The interview was an hour long in total and questions were asked throughout the presentation. Again, all interviewers were very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I received a call from the recruiter at the end of the day following the presentation and was told that the feedback is positive and he would share an update with me the following week Everyone at Glassdoor was brilliant throughout the whole process, I usually received feedback within 1-3 hours which I greatly appreciated.
