I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Overall, I had a really pleasant experience. The interview consisted of 1 phone screening with the recruiter, a phone interview with the hiring manager, 3 back-to-back interviews onsite with the accounting senior managers and assistant controller, and a 45-minute written exam. The whole interview process took about 3 weeks from the date I applied through Glassdoor through the date I got the verbal offer. The interviewers were all really nice and mostly asked behavioral questions / questions to get to know me, my expectations, and what I'm looking for in my next role. The written exam was fairly easy, mostly checking if I had sufficient understanding of accounting.

Question 1
What are your some of your strengths and weaknesses?
Recruiter reached out and we had a phone interview. It has been close to 3 weeks after the phone interview and 2 follow up emails, I have not received any updates. I have been applied to a few companies and all of them responded to my follow ups, unfortunately Glassdoor falls way behind in this front. Pretty disappointed!
I am so sorry that you had such a bad experience and I can see why you were disappointed. I am very grateful that you took the time to interview with Glassdoor and would be happy to provide you with the feedback. Once again, I do apologize that this experience was so removed from our usual process and I hope we get the chance to show you that this is not the norm for Glassdoor. - Amy Farrar, Head of Talent Acquisition
