Easy, relaxed, and knowledgable. He made me feel comfortable and like he actually cared about my personal life, and why I was looking into other areas of work. He asked about my current job, and personal life, getting to know me as well as getting to know about my work life.

I received a quick response from the CEO after sending my resume. Emails were exchanged, and a time was set for the next day. 15 minutes after the agreed time - no call. I emailed suggesting a reschedule. We agreed to a new time, but that call was 10 minutes late. The interview lasted 10 minutes and he seemed distracted (at one point he forgot his question and stalled.) He said they had many candidates with phone screens scheduled, they would narrow down for in-person meetings, and be in touch. He did not “sell” the company to me or ask if I had questions. Overall, regrettably, it was awkward.
