The interview was done in 15 minutes. There was an assessment taking up 90 minutes. If passed, your will proceed to the final interview. In my case, the process was sped up to only one day which made it hard and kind of red flag due to last minute changes. They ghosted me after I took the assessment and had to email them to get a result after a few days.

Asynchronous video interview. Asked about generic work/professional questions. Not a technical interview. Lazy and poor communication. Start date was supposed to be 1/17, received a rejection letter 1/24, not surprising since obviously I wasn’t working in the 1/17 cohort.. welp.. low pay wasn’t enticing anyways..

On-site interview with team leader, who subsequently became one of the most significant friend/mentor. Asking multiple questions about past experiences working in consulting as well as school activities.
The company walked me through all of the benefits and perks for employee.
