Probably the most disorganised company Ive ever dealt with. The left hand doesnt even know that the right exists, let alone know what it is doing. The best way i can describe this company is that its a civil engineering company managed by ex consultants who need a lot of support to build the civil engineering side of the business. However, the direction of the company seems to be environmental engineering. No energy or passion from the interviewing manager.
