Initial phone call with Recruiter regarding my profile, my current CTC, my expectations etc.
2nd Round: Virtual interview with HR Director - Brief self introduction, what do you know about PQE Group and it's offerings, salary negociation, etc.
3rd round: Virtual interview with Sales Director - Askesd questions about my previous experience, how much (in revenue) portfolio I was handling in my current company. Then a brief overview about job role and expectations were provided.
4th Round: Face to Face Meeting (FINAL): Interview pannel - HR Director (IN), Sales Director(IN), CFO (Italy). It was a brief introduction about me (self-introduction, again overview of roles and responsibilities, etc.)
