The process included 4 rounds and a case study to complete within 48 hours, and I really appreciated that the recruiter first confirmed my availability to ensure I had enough time to do it properly. Communication was always prompt and clear. Even though it did not lead to an offer, the recruiter provided detailed and constructive feedback after the debrief of the case study, which is rare and extremely valuable for improvement. Overall, a very respectful and well-organised hiring process.
