I had a mixed experience with Givaudan during the interview process. Initially, HR was proactive and prompt in scheduling the interview, which I appreciated. However, after the interview, communication abruptly ceased. Despite my follow-up emails regarding the status of my application, there was no response or acknowledgment. This lack of communication left me uncertain about the company's professionalism and respect for candidates' time. Clearer post-interview communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
