After submitting your application, your CV would be vetted. if You are selected you will have a one on one interview with the CEO or the head of engineering where you will answer some coding questions.
If you are selected, you will go through a one week paid competency test period. You will be added to the team temporarily for a period of one week. If you did not meet the expectation after the one week, you will be paid for that week and rejected.
if you meet expectation for that one week, you will be onboarded and continue to work with the team(and the payment of that week added to your payment).
