The initial interview was over zoom and was fairly straightforward. The interviewer asked questions pertaining to experience and how that would fit into the role. Interviewer was friendly. I did not progress past this round, and would have appreciated a followup email.

I was given the opportunity to ask questions and we had some back and forth conversation but most of the time was spent regurgitating the answers that I had prepared in advance. - I was told I was receive either a "yes" or a "no" the following week but never heard anything.

Short, it was more casual on Zoom. 4 to 5 questions. Just one on one with the director. Mentioned about doing interviews for another week. When emailed regarding updates, they ghosted me with no updates which is kind of disappointing.
