I was first asked to do a phone interview, which was rather easy. Then, I was called into an interview with three people asking some questions. They were all very kind and genuine women. If you love working with kids, show it. Give ideas you have for activities you would do, etc.

What are some of the resources you need to build an effective team?
The interviewer just asked me expected salary and immediately the interview was over. No interest in candidate whatsoever or what qualifications I have. I respect Girls' Inc. but this interview was awful.

There were three different interviews. One was with a 3rd party person since they didn't have an HR person at the time. Then I interviewed with two other people in leadership. Then I interviewed with the VP.

Lots of scenario-based questions and reflections from previous positions or scenario. There were two individuals in the room, so it was kind of intimidating, but they were very nice and let you take your time answering questions.
