Received a phone call from the recruiter a few days after submitting my application to go over initial details (salary expectations, able to commute, etc) before scheduling a teams meeting for a screen a few days later. After the phone screen, the hiring manager teams interview was scheduled 2 weeks later. Interviewer provided a lot of information and provided a friendly open atmosphere. The recruiter followed up in a timely manner to inform me via phone call that they moved forward with a different candidate.
