The Store Manager was quite eager to have a new employee, and since I am 'young' said she liked me already and eagerly took me in, due to that and the number of hours I said I could work. The hiring and interview process was really nil to none. Stores act quite independently depending on whoever the manager is. She did a reference check on who I put down on my resume, and then called me back in about 3 days after the initial interview.
