I was being interviewed by the head of product development, who was very interested in my choice of university studies, why I applied to Ginmon, what my future plans were, and so forth. He was clearly covering the big picture questions. In this fashion, he also shared Ginmon's vision for the future. Afterwards, I was interviewed by the lead programmer, who tried to get a feel for what I was interested in as a programmer, what I had been working on before, etc. He also explained the technology stack used by Ginmon fairly detailled. Both interviewers were very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere suggested that it was about getting to know each other. I left with a small programming assignment, and I was hired shortly after I turned this in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
As described above, they must have determined my competence from my CV and my solution to the programming assignment they gave me. During the interview, there was no "hard" or "most unexpected" question, as I feel like they used this occasion to get to know me and my character.
