As an interviewee in a behavioral interview process, you can expect to be asked open-ended questions that require you to provide specific examples of how you have handled certain situations in the past. You will be evaluated on your ability to provide detailed responses that demonstrate your skills, experiences, and qualities relevant to the job. The interviewer will likely probe deeper into your responses to get a better understanding of your thought processes and decision-making abilities.
The interview process is two phone screens followed by an onsite. The onsite consists of a presentation on how you automate a miniprep protocol or a presentation on a past project. This is then followed by two 2 on 1 interviews. The 'onsite' can be remote.
