I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Gillette Children's (Saint Paul, MN) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interviewees were very friendly. The questions were also pretty easy and logical. One or two technical questions were asked. For the most part, I did not feel like I was in an interview. There were two rounds of interview and an offer was made 3 weeks later

Question 1
My experience and how my skillset aligns with the current position
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gillette Children's (Saint Paul, MN) in Feb 2024
Interview
Called for pre interview with recruiter. Few days later an interview over zoom with manager. Then an offer letter. It took about 1 week. The offer was less than expected . So I am undecided at the moment.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Gillette Children's (Saint Paul, MN)
Interview
Received a email from HR the day after applying to set up a phone call screen. Standard questions. Went well, and met virtually with two hiring managers, and two physical therapists over the next three weeks. Had lovely conversations with each interview, was told that I was a strong candidate. Set up an in person interview, which also seemed positive. Hiring manager said that they had a few more interviews to conclude, but that I was definitely in contention. Sent thank yous after each interview. Checked in with HR one week after the last interview, no response. Checked in two weeks, then four weeks after last interview. Finally received a response that they were wrapping up interviews and they would be in contact over the next two weeks. Two weeks, nothing. Emailed HR, no response. I assumed I did not get the position, but the job was still posted online, and I was still listed as a candidate on the Gillette careers website. Sent another check in email just in case. No response. Three months after I had originally applied for the job, they finally "closed" my application. I never got a closing email from HR or further communications last their email that interviews were wrapping up. Based off of this sole interaction, I will never apply for another job at Gillette. The manner in which the HR department communicated was down right disrespectful, and does not demonstrate a company that values it's employees and their time.
