Interview
The interview consisted of 5 one to one interviews with different panelists throughout the finance organization. There were mostly typical interview questions. There was also a case based question to assess your critical thinking and strategy approach.

Tell about a time you led a group of people and how you managed conflict?
Everyone was super kind and supportive, overall, a great interview process, which reflects well on the company culture. There were 5 rounds total I believe, mostly behavioral, but ended with technical and case.
