The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences
Interview
My second time around interviewing and same experience. 3/4 rounds of interviews, mostly behavioural questions/value based, however what’s really disappointing is that zero feedback or communication both times following the process despite being a final candidate (was never even told I didn’t get the role, found out on LinkedIn). Despite being a large company, the candidate experience feels amateur/disorganized and the lack of communication or feedback is just rude.

Behavioural/value based; example can you tell me about a time when…., Standard resume walk-through, questions about leadership style
Series of four interviews; TA-30 mins; Hiring Manager-30 mins with a 1.5 hour panel being the last interview( 3-4 people) before a final with Human Resources. Overall, it was well organized.

Interview
I was first contacted via email expressing interest in my CV. Following that, I had an interview with a manager from the Talent Acquisition team. Then I was advised that I was not successful.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Very efficient and well organised by the Talent team. Great interview questions which have insights to the role, expectations, and the company. At all times I was updated on the status of my application.
