I could be biased although I would like to think I am trying my best not to. It was the worst interview process I ever had. Interviewed for position at Kite Pharma but had to go to Foster City. Some interviewers cancelled their sessions or were late. Basically no one was escorting me in the building. To make things worse, the interview was in mid May 2018 and they still haven't reimbursed my meals and ground transportation after two and a half months. They probably never will.

This was a fairly solid interview process. The interview team was quick and organized with clear questions and a process that makes sense. I also had the ability to counter offer.
