First phone interview was very pleasant. Covered company culture, and work requirements. Interviewer was knowledgeable, and showed a lot of value in his job. Second interview was at the facility, lasted 8 hours. They did provide lunch. Met with a different person every half hour. Every person I met was clock watching the whole time, and nervous about being late getting back to their job. They all mentioned how lean the company runs
